Grandparents Day 2016

 We loved having our Grandparents join us today at school. 

Thank you for all of the school's grandparents who could join us in the classrooms, for our liturgy and morning tea.

Changes in the sky!

This term we are learning about changes in the sky, landscape and space around us! Students in 1G this week enjoyed completing a daily 'sky check' to see the changes in our daytime sky. As you can see we had different photos for each day.

Last week we celebrated 100 days of school. 

We did this by completing a range of activities all to do with the number 100. 

We completed:

- a dot to dot using numbers to 100

using 100 matchsticks in play dough

- timing how long it takes us to do certain activities in 100 seconds

- filling out a 100 number board

- completing a 100 piece puzzle

- 100 piece craft star

and 

of course we made party hats, ate party food and had lots of 

F - U - N!

End of Term 2 Sharing Photos

Term 2 was full of many wonderful things: Mini beast explorers, book investigators, Miss Carrroll's visit, maths rotations, Oscar organisation and more.

Thanks to all our lovely parents and grandparents who always come along to sharing mornings to share in our learning each term.
